Justin Barney pitched a no-hitter to lead American Heritage to a 1-0 win over Cardinal Newman in a battle for fourth place in 4A-6. The Stallions (11-10) improved to 6-6 in the district while the Crusaders (7-12) dropped to 5-6.

Wellington grabbed two runs in the second on a hit by Kyle Black and held on to beat John I. Leonard 2-1 for its eighth win in a row. Winning pitcher Angelo Brunelas allowed two hits and struck out four in five and two-thirds innings for the Wolverines (16-6).
