Highlights, Scores and Recaps for Friday, March 11th, 2016

Kyle Farjad struck out nine and pitched a perfect game as Seminole Ridge topped Wellington 1-0 in an 8A-12 game. The Wolverines (5-5, 1-3) countered with Ryan Stark, who pitched five and two-thirds no-hit innings. The Hawks improved to 8-2-1 as they stayed unbeaten in the district at 5-0.

In another 8A-12 game, Rafael Debrand went 4-for-6 with a double and drove in the winning run to lift Forest Hill to a 1-0 win over Royal Palm Beach. The extra-innings win came on the heels of another big win for the Wildcats, who two nights earlier upset previously unbeaten Park Vista.

Wade Walton pitched a no-hitter as Jensen Beach did just enough to win, defending South Fork 1-0 in a 7A-13 game.
