Highlights, Scores and Recaps for Wednesday, February 10th, 2016

Mike Entenza hit a line drive over the center fielder’s head to bring in Kylan Barnett and give Forest Hill a 4-3 walkoff win over Cardinal Newman on Wednesday. Barnett had tied the game by bringing in two runs on a base hit. The Falcons improved to 2-1.

Seminole Ridge earned its third win in as many days by knocking off Lake Worth 6-2. Richie Cotromono allowed three hits in five innings for the win, and Brett Fiore went 2-for-2 with an RBI. Neland Velazquez led the Trojans by going 2-for-4.

Nick Giapeta and Max Costello combined on a no-hitter in an 18-0 win for St. Andrew’s over Archbishop Curley. Giapeta, who struck out eight in three innings, also went 2-for-2 with two RBIs. Costello fanned four in two innings. Scott Gelman went 2-for-3 with three RBIs.
