Connor Power went 3-for-4 and drove in the winning run in the bottom of the seventh to lift Palm Beach Central to a 4-3 win over Royal Palm Beach on Saturday. The Broncos have won three of their past four after an 11-game losing streak.

Pope John Paul II snapped a two-game losing streak by beating King’s Academy 2-0 in a 4A-13 game. The Eagles (8-8) improved to 5-2 in the district and are in second place. Alex Bialakis pitched five one-hit innings.

Danny Hernandez went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs and two RBIs to power John I. Leonard to a 9-6 win over Santaluces. The Lancers are 3-3 in the district for third place.
