Suncoast 1, Cardinal Newman 0 – Chargers pitchers Braden Hartigan, Will Engel and Chaz Kaps combined to shut out the Crusaders (12-7). Suncoast (12-6) scored the decisive run in the bottom of the seventh inning.


Forest Hill 18, Jupiter Christian 8 – Christopher Batista went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs, and Jose Crespo hit two doubles, driving in three runs to help the Falcons reach .500 at 10-10 as they have won four of their past five.


Archbishop Curley 5, Boca Raton Christian 4 – Tommy Havelka went 4-for-4 with a triple for the Blazers (8-5).


Atlantic 12, Olympic Heights 4 – Jarren Pinkney went 2-for-3 with a grand slam, and Cody Bryant went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer to power the Eagles (13-6), who have won seven in a row and have lost just once since Feb. 22.


Royal Palm Beach 9, King’s Academy 6 – Cruz Alcazar was two good for the Wildcats (9-10), going 2-for-2 with two RBIs and two runs, and Brandon Hernandez added two hits, doubled, scored and drove in two. Shendell Winright went 3-for-4 with an RBI, and Kyle Houck and Justin Douglas had two hits and an RBI each.
