Daily Recaps For Palm Beach County Games On Thursday, April 11th

The Atlantic train just keeps on chugging along…


Atlantic 4, Royal Palm Beach 0 – Cody Bryant pitched a complete-game shutout with seven strikeouts and also went 2-for-4 with an RBI for the Eagles (16-7), who won their third in a row. Jarren Pinkney went 1-for-3 with two RBIs.

Santaluces 11, Boynton Beach 1 – Cody Wager struck out four in three innings and also was solid at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two runs, a walk, a double and an RBI to lead the Chiefs (11-9), who got back in the win column. Troy Stark hit two doubles, and Dylan Love, Dalton Scragg, Peter Strzelecki and Stephen Patti followed with doubles. Dominic Teresi went 2-for-4 with two doubles, a run and two RBIs. Kyle Tedesco doubled for Boynton Beach (4-16).


Monarch 8, Olympic Heights 2 – Bryan Greff went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs, and Sean McClaskie went 2-for-3 with an RBI and run for the Lions (8-13).

Lincoln Park 9, St. Andrew’s 5 – Bryant Koshi went 2-for-2, and Anthony Cirillo homered and drove in two runs for the Scots (5-11).

John I. Leonard 13, Lake Worth 2 – Adam Johnson went 2-for-3 with a home run and a triple for the Lancers (12-7), who won four in a row. Javi Casas went 2-for-3 with a triple.


Pope John Paul II 8, Zion Lutheran 6 – Riley Strickland went 2-for-3 with a double, two runs and two RBIs, and Nick Transleau went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a double to lead the Eagles (14-8).
Andrew Dempsey scored twice and stole a base.


Boca Raton Christian 32, Wellington Christian 1 – Bobby Wilson went 3-for-4 with three RBIs, and Rudy Lopez struck out nine and went 2-for-2 with a triple and six BRIs. Drew Beno led Wellington Christian, going 1-for-2 with an RBI.

Park Vista 14, Forest Hill 2 – Matt Mika went 2-for-3 with two runs and two stolen bases, and Gabe Santana went 2-for-3 with two runs for the Cobras (14-6), who won two in a row.

Benjamin 10, Jupiter Christian 1 – Will Roorda had the only hit for the Eagles (6-16).


Cardinal Newman 3, Spanish River 1 – Kyle Cunningham went 2-for-4 with a run, and German Torres scored twice for the Crusaders (14-8).
